At Leather Authentics, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather accessories. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Return shipping:

  • United States and Canada: We cover return shipping costs.

  • Central & South America: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at infoleatherauthentics@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for a different size or model of equal or lesser value, within 14 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

• If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will replace or refund your purchase.
